I am pleased to be a licensed massage therapist in Washington since 2009, having graduated honors from Everest College in Vancouver, WA. In 2013, I embarked on my professional journey by working for a chiropractor after dedicating 13 years to administrative, which ultimately inspired me to establish my own practice. I take pride in my experience in deep tissue massage, treatment work, cupping, prenatal massage, and medical massage therapy while attending to my clients' needs. I enjoy quality time with my husband, our three dogs, and cat, as well as visits from my two adult boys. Additionally, I maintain an active lifestyle through Pilates and lifting workouts, which not only keep me fit but also enhance my ability to treat patients experiencing pain and immobility due to intense physical activity.

I’m a Pacific Northwest local raised and living in Vancouver, WA. I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Nashua Community College in New Hampshire in 2010. I have trained in several modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Oncology, Cupping, Hot Stones, and Gua Sha. My mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness and intuitive therapeutic touch. I’m committed to provide personalized care to each client, tailoring the treatments to address specific concerns while promoting relaxation and healing. I strongly believe massage therapy is a viable therapy aiding overall health and wellbeing.
Outside of massage you can find me enjoying the outdoors, reading books, and spending time with my family.
